A new angel
We put up the Christmas tree today. As the wife was trimming it, she mentioned that we needed to get a new angel to put on top. As I recall, the conversation went something like this...
Paul: Can we get one that shoots lasers out of her eyes?
Paul's wife: Lasers? That wouldn't be very angelic.
Paul: Can we get one riding a shark?
Paul's wife: Get serious!
Paul: I am serious. I think an angel riding a shark with lasers shooting out of her eyes would be all kinds of awesome.

What's even awesomer is how little time you probably had to spend searching for an appropriate image to accompany this post. Stop and think about that for a second and the implications are truly staggering.
"Hmmm, I want to make a post about an angelic figure with laser beams shooting out of her eyes. Betcha there's a picture I can find somewhere to nail that point!"

Wow, my first comment was only four minutes after blog post.
I ROCK!
Simon (again)
Well, for all we know, they can shoot lasers out their eyes. ;o) - Barbara
Darn it, Paul, now I'll be forever looking for a shark-riding angel for the tree. --Cin
The only thing to make it cooler would be if it were a fire-breathing shark with razor-blade fins.

Poor Pat... she really deserves to be sainted or something. Should I petition the Pope to start the Beatification process???
be well,

Brent... you are so right... I am sure it ended very similarly! LOL

Try the ROLO store in Yorkville at 24 Bellair. This store is crazy.
I gave your brother-in-law Wacky the dancing chicken from this place. He does the chicken dance and when you grab him by the neck (choke him), he starts screaming and flailing about.
If there is any place in Toronto that has an angel riding a shark with laser beams coming out of her eyes, it's ROLO. And if they don't have it, they'll know where to get you one.
You are one sick puppy, Paul.
I love it!

Dear Paul, and Simon,
I realized after reading this post that it has more to do with graphic animation than with Christmas! Simon might have a point; why don't you tow make an animated film together?:)
