It is strange, I can remember my Grandmom telling me how the moon affected people, made them a bit nuts...I know she meant my Grandfather lol! I know men think women are nuts with their moon "cycles".. .( I know it's not true) be well Sandi

Been gone forever so it will take me twice that long to catch up but I get the idea of this... lol
I know a few people that "act up" or seem to have strange behavior when the moon is full.  I used to be one of them.. I was crabby. (now not so much)

LOL Having worked in an ER at the full moon, I have to say... you would be surprised.  But you are right about this... or the cartoon is.
