The full report on the most recent preliminary test undertaken in the JREF one million dollar paranormal challenge has been posted on the JREF website. As is very common (in fact, almost universal) in these situations, despite failing to register a single 'hit' in twenty attempts, the applicant still strongly believes he posesses some kind of telepathic ability. In this case, he is laying the blame for his failure to pass on his 'good friend' who acted as a receiver during the test.
